Role Description

Bright International School in Loulé is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher Assistant to join our team for a full-time position for the current academic year 2025/2026, with immediate start and the possibility of continuing.

The successful candidate will support the Early Years teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences to children aged 3 to 5 years old.

Key Responsabilities

  • Assist the Early Years teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for children aged 3 to 5.
  • Support a positive, nurturing, and safe learning environment.
  • Help tailor activities and resources to meet the diverse needs and abilities of children.
  • Assist with classroom management, supervision, and maintaining a clean and organized learning space.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Proficient level of English is preferred.
  • Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.
  • Patience, creativity, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
